So another day, another entry from the library. I usually eat my lunch at my desk, so when it actually comes to leave for lunch, I have nothing to do but wander around Downtown Rochester for an hour.
I intend to make an apple pie this weekend. Really, I do! Two, in fact. I promised Mr. Medea I'd make one for him and I also said I'd bring one into work on Monday. The apples I got to use are huge. One apple itself weighed a pound. I think they're called "20 Ounce Apples". At least that's what we called them when I worked at a farm market back in high school.
Other than that, not much is new. My birthday's in two weeks (no hint implied, but if you really would like to get me something, I've got an Amazon Wish List. I will put up the URL as soon as I remember it). It's Friday the 13th and nothing has gone bad so far, knock on wood.
