So, hello, everyone. Just wanting to let y'all know I'm not dead.

Or if I am dead, my ghost is a very good typist.

Mr. Medea and I went to the mall on Friday and parked across from two teenagers making out. We got back to the car half an hour later and they were still there, but the windows were much foggier.

"Be careful," I yelled out even though I knew they wouldn't hear me, "or you'll end up like me!"

I was surprised at how close they parked to the mall itself - only about four rows from the entrance to Sears. Not that I ever did anything like that (adjust halo) but if I did, I would've parked in a more desolate spot - not too far out, or you attract suspicion, but not right in between two minivans or something.

Maybe things have changed since I was in high school. I have a 10 year reunion coming up, did I mention that? Yikes.

Ten years ago I was dating a guy who, three months later, would say "I don't like the dress you're going to wear to your Senior Prom. Wear something else or we're through." I said "Okay, then, we're through." (It was a very cool dress - $7 at a Goodwill store in Massachusetts. Imagine my surprise a few months ago, when flipping through the channels and stopping on The Lawrence Welk Show, I saw a group of singers wearing my dress (in yellow, though; mine was green.)

It was right around this time ten years ago that I found out I was accepted to Vassar (they had a form of early decision where you could apply by the normal deadline, which I had to use as I was as lazy as I am now and didn't finish my stuff until the normal deadline), after which I essentially said "screw Calculus, screw Biology" and watched those grades plummet.

This is what I looked like in 1991.

I am tempted to put this picture up at amihotornot.com and see if I do better as a guy or a girl.
